PICK UP DAY - Winning bidders will meet with storage personnel on Wed October 4th, 2023 from 4 pm - 5pm at the Skating Station Office 544 W North Street in Auburn Indiana (this is also the office for SS Self Storage). The winning bidders will sign a contract with SS Self Storage regarding the deadline to clean out the unit which is Wed October 11, 2023 at 12 Noon and you will have an option to rent it further if you qualify. You will also need to take a lock to put on your unit at that time. DELINQUENT PAYMENT - The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 4% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Dekalb County, Indiana. MISSED BIDS - Internet bidding is provided as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Littlejohn Auctions if the Internet service fails during auction. FIREARM TRANSACTIONS will be handled by Auburn Arms at a charge of $25.00. payable to Auburn Arms by the buyer. All State and federal laws apply. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any gun laws that apply. Do not bid if you can NOT legally own a firearm as we will not refund your money. Any Shipping will be handled Dealer FFL to Dealer FFL thru Auburn Arms. PROPERTY CONDITION - All property is sold “AS IS”, and all sales are final.
