All descriptions believed accurate but not waranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, this signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to examine them. Any reserves are between the Consignor & Auctioneer. All bids are subject to consignor's approval. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. High bid subject to approval. All items have a Buyer's premium of 15% WITH A MINIMUM OF $185 applied to all vehicles purchased. There will be a $32.00 ownership transfer and a $35.00 carproof fee added to each purchase of vehicle. Items won may not be split up on seperate invoices and must be paid in full before any item can be removed from the auction. We accept Cash, Certified Cheque, Money Order, Debit, Visa & Mastercard (2% Admin Fee added to all Visa & Mastercard transactions). If items are paid for we will only keep that item(s) for a maximum of 2 weeks, then will be disposed of. Payment & Removals: Monday May 27 - Noon to 6:00 PM. & Tuesday May 28 - Noon to 6:00 PM All items must be PAID FOR AND REMOVED no later than Tuesday May 28 at 6:00 PM. If not picked up, any towing or moving charges to move the vehicle or items, plus a $35 a day storage charge will be added to your invoice. Notice: For an Onsite & Online Auction, if a bidder at the auction and a bidder online have equal bids, the bidder at the auction will be considered as winning. If 2 online bidders have equal bids, the one with the earliest bid will be considered winning. We can not be held responsible for the above issues, or for your bids not making it into the system, or in the case of a online and live auction, not getting the live bidding fast enough, or not at all.
